Important Information for Attendees

Room Reservations: Call 1-800-AT-A-PARK (800-282-7275) and request the 'Kavanagh Descendants 2026' block (Code: KD497).

Room Block Release Date: April 25, 2026 — Last day to receive group rate.

Deposit: One night's room + tax required at booking; refundable until 72 hours before arrival.

Minimum Stay: Two-night stay (Friday + Saturday) required for all room bookings.

Check-In/Out Times: Rooms 4 PM check-in / 11 AM checkout; Cabins 4 PM check-in / 10 AM checkout.

Outside Food/Beverage: Not permitted in lodge event spaces.

Alcohol: Must be purchased through the lodge; ID required.

Property Policy: Entire property is non-smoking; violations incur a $250 fee.

Outdoor bonfire & cornhole (bring folding chairs)

— Pizza in three waves: 5:30 PM (indoors), 6:30 PM (indoors), 7:30 PM (outdoors by the bonfire)

Saturday, July 25 — Main Program

5:00–6:30 PM — Education & Trust Program:

6:30–7:30 PM — Dinner Buffet:
