Notice to all Beneficiaries of the Kavanagh Education Trust:

1. Until further notice, the Trustees of the Kavanagh Education Trust are:

2. The Trustees meet at least annually at times and places to be determined. Watch the website for that information, or directly contact the Trustee of your Class. The 2024 annual meeting shall be May 11, 2024, at 11:00 at the home of Joseph N. Monnin in Springfield, Ohio, unless notice is provided of a different time or place. Notify the trustee for your class to obtain up-to-date meeting information.
3. The books and records of the Trust, including records of income and expenses, are maintained by the Trustees. They may be viewed by appointment with Joseph N. Monnin, Trustee, at
